Execution time depends on a variety of factors related to every project's requirements. Timelines are clearly discussed and agreed upon with the client in the planning phase, and unforeseen changes to deadlines are mitigated through timely and transparent communication with the client. At the end of the day, adherence to deadlines is one of D-Board's values, for the client's interests as well as our internal operations.

The payment is divided into 3 parts: a deposit for 3D designs, 50% down payment upon contract signature (including design agreement), and 50% upon product preview in the showroom prior to installation.

After the execution phase is complete, the client has a period of 2 weeks to request minor adjustments. Subsequently, the client is always welcomed to revert to D-Boards for desired changes, to be assessed and addressed.

Additionally, we can cut, edge band and label wood materials with precision for overseas installation. In this case, the material is shipped at the client's expense and logistical coordination.
